Cancelation Policy
*All cancelations before 72 hours of the service are subject to a 10% service fee.
*Other Cancelations before 72 hours of the service, deposits will be refund. *Other Cancelations with less than 72 hours but before 24 hours of the service, Company will keep 100% of the deposit.
*No show or Other Cancelations with less than 24 hours client must pay 50% of the balance due.
*Private services, No show or Other Cancelations, with less than 24 hours client must pay 100% of the balance due.
*Deposits for Private boat tours are non refundable if cancellation is with less than 30 days prior to the day reserved.
*Client must be at the pick up location 5 minutes prior to the stated pic up time*
